 I thought I already placed an order. Why do I need to do this again?
Due to the overwhelming demand, the site encountered technical issues that resulted in some orders being incomplete. The only way to complete these orders is to re-process them.

What happens to any current charges on my credit card?
When you placed your order, we pre-authorized the form of payment with your bank. The pre-authorization results in a temporary hold of your funds. After 7 business days, the hold should automatically release and the funds are returned to your account.

Can I order more than 1?
Our goal is to serve as many customers as possible. To do that, the limit has been changed to 1 per customer at this time.

What happens after I complete my order?
Once you complete the steps after clicking “Complete your purchase” the order will move into the fulfillment phase and will be prepped for shipment.
